These terms and conditions apply to all services provided by NovoCore Web Agency. By entering into an agreement, the client accepts the terms below.

These terms and conditions apply to all services provided by NovoCore Web Agency. By entering into an agreement, the client accepts the terms below.
Payment
At the start of a project, 50% of the total amount is paid upfront. The remaining amount is paid upon completion, before the website is handed over. For subscription services, invoicing is monthly in advance via Stripe. Work begins once payment has been received.
Refunds
Refunds are only offered in the early phase of the project. Once more than 60% of the work has been completed, the option for a refund no longer applies.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions are invoiced monthly in advance from the start date. Payment covers 30 days from the payment date and renews automatically each month. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, but already paid periods are not refunded.
Ownership
Once the full amount has been paid, ownership of the website transfers to the client. If NovoCore handles operations and maintenance, the collaboration continues until cancelled by the client.
Client's responsibility
The client is responsible for delivering necessary materials (text, images, etc.) on time. Delays from the client's side may affect the project's timeline, without NovoCore being held responsible.
Limitation of liability
NovoCore cannot guarantee specific results, including Google rankings, number of customers, or revenue. We disclaim liability for indirect losses, loss of operations, or similar resulting from the use of our services.
Operations and technical matters
We strive to provide stable and well-functioning solutions, but cannot guarantee that the website is free from errors, downtime, or external influences at all times.
Governing law
Any agreement with NovoCore is subject to Danish law.
